- 250 grammi porcini surgelati a fette
- 320 gr Vialone Nano rice
- 250 gr frozen porcini mushrooms cut into slices
- 250 gr Jerusalem artichokes
- 1 small onion
- Oil, salt and pepper
- Broth
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Chop the onion and sauté with the rice, frozen mushrooms and Jerusalem artichokes that have been washed and cut into small cubes, add the warm broth and keep adding as necessary until the rice is cooked, mix in olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and add salt and pepper to taste
